You may also phone in your order with a credit card or mail us a copy of your order with a personal check.
We regret that we cannot ship C.O.D.
All custom orders will require a 50% DEPOSIT in advance, and the balance paid at time of shipping.
GA resident orders will have 7% sales tax added to the merchandise total.
SHIPPING AND FREIGHT
We will make every effort to ship orders in 5-10 business days from the date of order. Customers will be notified by us within 3 business days should any products require longer shipping times due to availability. As many of our items are hand crafted, out of stock hand made items may take 6-8 weeks for delivery. Please call or email us for estimated shipping times and availability on custom or special order products.
All orders will ship via UPS, Fedex Ground, or U.S. priority mail depending on size and weight. (please see rates below) All furniture orders will ship PREPAID via motor freight. We will contact you for delivery arrangements. Please note that motor freight carriers deliver “curbside” only and are not responsible for placing furniture in your home.
RETURN POLICY
We want you to be happy with your order and will work with you as much as feasibly possible to get the desired products to you in a timely manner. Should there be a need to return or exchange merchandise please notify us within 3 days of receipt of your original order. Shipping charges are not refundable. All items must be in the original packaging, in saleable condition, contain all parts, and in unused condition. We regret that we cannot receive items C.O.D. Therefore all returns or exchanges must be sent prepaid freight. Any replacement items will be charged standard shipping cost, unless we are replacing items that have been lost or damaged in transit.
NOTE: BE CAREFUL TO PACKAGE ALL RETURNS PROPERLY TO PREVENT DAMAGE IN TRANSIT.
Due to our inability to re-sell certain products, all custom orders, special orders, personal care products (i.e. soaps, lotions, etc.), opened candles or C.D.’s are not refundable.
DAMAGES
We will package all orders to arrive safely to your door. However, should damage in transit occur, please keep all packaging materials and report damages to us within 3 days so that we may file claims for replacement with freight carriers.
